Director of Mission Advancement

Chris Michalski

Chris has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in for profit and nonprofit organizations across many sectors including education, traditional and multimedia publishing, online and brick and mortar retail, hospitality, and politics.

Shortly after college he spent years in the music business as the frontman in a band playing music far too loudly but also producing and engineering other musicians and bands. He went on to co-found a successful full-line music store in southwestern, Virginia.

After receiving his MBA he began work as a consultant helping mission-driven nonprofits and small businesses solve their strategic and creative challenges with a focus in the Catholic market. He has been blessed to have worked with many notable organizations and personalities on efforts that have reached millions of Catholics across the world.

“I’ve committed most of my professional and private life working with entrepreneurs, creatives, and people who believe they are called to discover and then pursue the big ideas they were meant to bring into the world. Men in particular need to reclaim a spirit of adventure and belief that great and noble things are possible. Fraternus is grounded in the powerful idea that forming virtuous Catholic men is not only possible, but essential if order and peace is to be restored. It is an honor to serve in this mission.”

Chris has five children, an amazing wife, and lives in the rolling rural hills of south central Tennessee.
